Finding Comfort While Mourning And Experiencing Grief And Loss In These Perilous Times | Ahavaha: One particularly chilly Autumn morning I woke up to the sad news of the untimely death of my cousin. It was around the season where there was a mass shooting first in a Synagogue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and later in Thousand Oaks, California. This was soon followed by widespread fires across California that destroyed many home and left thousands of people homeless and many dead.
